TEST-REPLICATIONHEALTH fails Quorum Group

I have run the Test-Replication health and have two errors:

QuorumGroup                *FAILED*   Quorum resource 'Cluster Group' is not online on server [servername]
FileShareQuorum            *FAILED*   File share witness resource 'File Share Witness [fileshare witness]

Any assistance appreciated.
