move-activemailboxdatabase behavior OICE folders

Exchange 2013

What is happening behind the scenes when a mail database moves to a different DAG member via 'move-activemailboxdatabase'?

Due to a primary mail server failure last week, the databases became active on the DAG copy server.  Once I resolved the issue, i moved them back to the primary.  A few days later, I got SCCM malware alerts pointing to several OICE_#### folders in c:\windows\temp on both mail servers.  The malware was cleaned, but I am trying to track down what those OICE folders are for & I found a post that said during a mailbox 'move' the system 'verifies attachments' during the move.

I realize moving mailboxes & moving the database are different things, I am just trying to figure out what these OICE folders are for.

Thanks
