Two member DAG - Different Disk Usage between members

Hey folks. Bit of a strange issue here. We have a two server DAG with about a dozen databases. We have matching sized disks between the two systems. But all of my disks on the server holding the currently passive copies of my databases are showing as using anywhere from 5-15 GB more per disk than my disks on the server with the active copy. There's actually one disk with a very lightly used DB where it has 263/300GB free on server 1 but only 224/300GB free on server 2.

Interestingly, when I check the properties for each database, the databases themselves are the exact same size (which makes me more happy than tbh, at least the databases seem to be syncing properly). There is nothing out of the ordinary having to do with replication or disks in the event log, however, i do get the following warning for several databases a night:

Log Name:      Application
Source:        ESE
Date:          8/31/2016 10:43:23 PM
Event ID:      628
Task Category: Performance
Level:         Warning
Keywords:      Classic

Computer:      SML-EX1.truality.net
Description:
Information Store - DB3 (19144) DB3: Database 'I:\DB3\DB3.edb': While attempting to move to the next or previous node in a B-Tree, the database engine skipped over 17678 non-visible nodes in 44 pages. It is likely that these non-visible nodes are nodes which have been marked for deletion but which are yet to be purged. The database may benefit from widening the online maintenance window during off-peak hours in order to purge such nodes and reclaim their space. If this message persists, offline defragmentation may be run to remove all nodes which have been marked for deletion but are yet to be purged from the database.

Our storage solution is constantly under extreme stressed (we are upgrading in the coming months to handle this) but I am speculating that perhaps something about maintenance not being able to fully complete is causing this, but I am not completely sure. Has anyone ever seen something like this?
