After recreating VDs on Default Web Site Outlook 2010 and OWA not sending messages

Hi,

 After recreating the virtual directories on the default web site, OWA on clients works but when I sent a mail it doesn't go to the recipient, but it goes to thesent folder. The Outlook 2010 is not connecting as before but only when in Microsoft Exchange Proxy Settings I check the boxConnect using SSL only and the mails I send don't go to the recipients but they go to thesent folder. There is no internet connection and all this is an intranet.
