Hi,
Apologies for putting this in the Exchange 2013 thread as this question is related to Exchange 2010. I am not totally aware of the terminology so this may be confusing.
We currently have an Exchange 2010 environment comprising of a Hub Transport/Client Access role server and a Mailbox server.
I am looking at proposing further Exchange Servers to create a Database Availability Group and cluster the HT/CAS roles server so we can introduce resiliency.
My question is: If we have the above implemented, one of the servers dies and Exchange fails over to it's second server, will users notice anything? specifically see the Username/Password prompt appear or will their Outlook clients remain permanently connected to the Exchange?
Many thanks.
