Hi All

I am having serious problem with my Exchange 2010sp2. I have Single Server with Domain Controller on it also.

Due to bad Database of public folder I cannot mount that PF Database and I Cannot backup of my Exchange Sever

I Also tried Symantec Backup Executive but No Hope.

My exchange Server Database in almost 90GB but Logs Files are almost 400 GB in Total almost 500 GB

Now I am Running out of Space.

I have now Several Option

  1. Create a New Database on New Drive and MOve the Users There.
  2. Delete the Public Folder Database and Create new PF Database and and link Mailbox Database with it.
  3. Upgrade the Exchange Server to SP3 and All Updates then Try to backup
  4. Installer a New Exchange Server on 2010 SP3  Clean Installation and Move my Users to that Exchange Server.
  • Clean Installation Using New Domain Name new Forest.
  • Clean Installation same Domain Name within the Existence Forest

Now the Database is almost gone Wild and it makes me crazy.

I cannot delete this PF Database so from the ADSI editor it can be removed.

but it is still connected with the mailbox DB.

mounting PF Database

This error came when I tried to mount the Public Folder Database

This Error came when microsoft Windows Serve backup runs for Full backup.

Once the backup was done successfully but with errors.

that the Backup is completed but you might not to be able recover some Items
